I run Paul JK's Lawn Service in Laurel, and I mean run it — I answer the phone, quote the yards, and do the mowing. Here's how I work and why I keep it small.

Meet Paul J. Kober
Paul JK's Lawn Service is me, Paul Kober. When you call, I'm the one who answers. When someone shows up to mow, trim, or clean up your yard, that's me too. No call center, no rotating crew, no salesman who disappears once the quote's signed.
I keep the list short on purpose: mowing, weedeating, light trimming, and yard cleanup. Doing four things well beats doing ten things halfway — and it means I never have to talk you into a landscaping package to make the visit worth my while.
The business is a licensed and insured LLC, so keeping it simple doesn't mean cutting corners. It means the person responsible for the work is the one standing in your yard.
